Charlie, the owner and founder of True Heart Billiard Cues, is a professional tool and die maker who has worked in the automotive manufacturing industry for many years and has always had a love of woodworking. Combining these two skill sets allowed the realization of unique innovative designs and concepts for billiard cues and other products.

The time, effort, and money required to rise to the challenge of overcoming the problems of developing new concepts into actual products has been more than paid for by the sense of accomplishment and pride of workmanship.

Incorporating lamination techniques to emulate the construction of musical instruments for better feel has worked out extremely well as has the unique joining/weighting system.
